Yoshinobu Milano

A classic Japanese restaurant in the center of Milan.

Gruppo Censeo took care of the complete renovation of the Yoshinobu restaurant in Via Galilei; two small rooms, one with the classic Japanese counter, the sushi counter, where chef Yoshi prepares spectacular nigiri. The Yoshinobu environment is clean, essential and at the same time welcoming.
A yellow light diffused by walls traditionally built with Japanese paper tends to create a special atmosphere. The monochrome is broken up by the touch of color of the different flowers that Yoshinobu personally chooses every day.
