We mainly deal with property renovation and maintenance. We manage the maintenance of many buildings in the city of Milan and its province.
We are familiar with the condominium system and intervene punctually and quickly. We interact directly with property administrators and condominiums.
Thanks to our relationship with different suppliers, we are able to provide an emergency management service, 24 hours a day, guaranteeing total and constant availability and fast waiting times.

Our way of working is fast and efficient:

1. Inspection by the technician to assess the extent of the intervention with photographic reportage and any further inspections (video inspections, thermography and aerial inspections with drone);

2. Drafting of a report delivered to the administrator, with causes of the fault and proposed intervention with any graphical returns;

3. Drafting of a possible estimate;

4. Total management of the work with a constant update on the progress of the work;

5. Drafting of a precise and accurate intervention report upon completion of the work.
